Listed below are common LSR material for various applications.
A large range of material can be sourced by material manufacturers such as Dow Corning and Wacker Chemie if you know the specific model you are looking for. If you are not sure which material is best for your application, our design engineers are here to help. Specifying the application area (such as optical lens, gasket etc.) would help us narrow down the options faster.

We understand that sometimes your company will need to perform an audit or a third-party QC firm to approve the project. We are highly experienced in both and can make arrangements if you decide to visit the production site.
While 1 degree of draft is common in LSR parts, zero draft can occasionally be tolerated on shallow parts. The nature of LSR allows the rules of draft to be stretched more so than thermoplastics, if mould construction permits.
Yes, overmoulding works extremely well for a number of devices that require special aesthetics. LSR can be moulded onto both bondable and non-bondable materials, including metal, glass and ceramics.
